Now, as it stands, he needs a new face. A new face for motivation. Motivation to do things out of the norm. Things that he would usually not get into but more often than not, enjoys it to the point of addiction. He needs a new face to guide. Guidance to righteousness. A new face for his dedications. Dedications for the commitments he made. A new face for the songs that he listens to. Songs that are the soundtrack of his life.
Painful revelation. Perspectives aren't always right and if they are wrong, it can be cataclysmal. That said, at 3,472 miles away, perceptions may just be the only savior. A savior that saves you from going down the rabbit's hole with the assumption that you'll find paradise/blessedness/felicity/utopia/rapture/euphoria/whatever its called nowadays.
